Today, we had a new lesson of our sports class,
which was teaching us who to use the sports equipments in our school.
I was so excited that I could play those equipments, which I never play.
So I played one by one and didn't take any rest.
Finally, a big condition happened.
It was that my muscles became so hard.
Each moves are like to kill myself.
It's so difficult to move my body.
I felt stiff in my shoulder, and had aches in the limbs.
Easier to say I was ached all over.
But I still feel very happy to have go to play those equipments.
Funny experience, again.
